Lead Generation & Commission Agreement

For Use on LocalFixClub.com

This Agreement is entered into by and between:

LocalFixClub.com, a trading name of OneHundredLuxury Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales, company number 12599986 ("We", "Us", or "LocalFixClub")

AND

The registered business or company completing and submitting this form
(“You” or “the Partner”)

Effective from the date of submission.

1. Background

LocalFixClub.com (trading name of OneHundredLuxury Ltd) connects businesses and homeowners with registered service providers by generating and distributing job leads. This Agreement outlines the commercial terms under which we provide such leads and collaborate with your business.

By accepting this Agreement, you confirm that you are entering into it on behalf of a legally registered business or company and that you have the authority to bind that business to these terms.

2. Services Provided

LocalFixClub.com will:

  • Generate and supply qualified leads for projects relevant to your trade and region
  • For larger projects, act as a commercial partner, jointly supporting delivery or project management
  • For all leads, facilitate communication, introductions, or proposals between you and the client

3. Commission Terms (Applicable to Larger Projects)

If you successfully complete a job that originated from a LocalFixClub lead or partnership, you agree to the following commission structure:

  • 20% commission applies on the first £1,000 of the total job value
  • 10% commission applies to any portion above £1,000

Example:

If the job value is £2,000:

20% of £1,000 = £200

10% of the next £1,000 = £100

Total commission due = £300

4. Commission Payment Terms

Commission must be paid to LocalFixClub within 7 days of your receipt of payment from the client.

Accepted payment methods include bank transfer, PayPal, Stripe, or any other method we specify.

You are required to notify LocalFixClub of the final job value and payment date within 5 business days of project completion.

5. Your Business Obligations

By entering this agreement you confirm that:

  • You are a legally registered company or business entity in the UK or your relevant jurisdiction
  • You maintain active and valid Public Liability Insurance, professional certifications, and any licenses required for your trade
  • You will complete all work provided through our leads in a professional, timely, and compliant manner
  • You will not seek to bypass LocalFixClub or deal directly with referred clients in a manner intended to avoid commission
  • You will cooperate with us in reporting job status and payment details accurately

6. Independent Business Relationship

Nothing in this Agreement shall be deemed to create a partnership, joint venture, agency, or employment relationship between the parties. You act as an independent business at all times and are responsible for your own tax, legal, and compliance obligations.

7. Term and Termination

This Agreement shall remain in force until terminated by either party with 14 days written notice.

We reserve the right to terminate immediately in cases of:

Misrepresentation

Non-payment of commission

Reputational harm

Breach of any material obligations

8. Legal Terms

This Agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.

Any dispute arising under or in connection with this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

  • You have full authority to bind your business to this Agreement
  • All information provided is accurate and complete
  • You have read and agreed to the terms outlined above
