Tradesperson Terms of Engagement

LocalFixClub.com – Tradesperson Terms of Engagement

By signing up as a tradesperson with LocalFixClub.com, you agree to the following:

• Independent Contractor – You are self-employed and responsible for your own tax, National Insurance, and expenses. This is not an employment contract.
• Services – You choose which jobs to accept and decide how, when, and where you work, in agreement with the customer.
• Tools & Equipment – You supply and maintain your own tools, materials, safety equipment, and transport.
• Insurance – You must have valid Public Liability Insurance (minimum £2,000,000 cover) and provide proof if requested.
• Payment – LocalFixClub.com collects customer payments and pays you for completed work, minus agreed fees.
• Work Quality – You are paid only for work completed to the customer’s satisfaction.
• Freedom to Work Elsewhere – You are free to work for other clients or companies.
• Ending the Agreement – Either you or LocalFixClub.com can end this relationship at any time.
